If it was 5x120 mm one could swap OEM ZR1 or Z28 carbon ceramic rotors, but alas, it is not meant to be

carbon ceramics are overrated for anything other a bleeding edge usage. If you accidentally ding them with a wheel or tool while doing work on the car, they are ruined and expensive to replace. The brake feel isnt great until warmed up.

Me personally I would got 18 front 19 rear, for the gt350.

Likely none, especially since some 19s dont even fit.

18" won't fit

Cortex told me they had Forgeline custom make some 18s. But even if they fit, clearance will be very tight -- like couple mm. I wouldn't risk it.

This guy is doing it right, full race prep package, roll bar, racing seat etc.
Worth a read for those interested.

The tires probably weigh 25-30 lbs each. But still, wide cast wheel left them a lot of room to make that "18 lb per corner improvement"

The front tire weighs 28 lbs, guessing the rear weighs 29 or so. That means the stock wheels weigh 31 pounds roughly. Pretty darn heavy.
