Nice, so basically what your saying is using the super charger was a better way to give more acceleration without the issues (although more expensive?)?
Now, what if you had the 4.88 gears (assuming they worked well), *and* the super charger?
About your splitter, are you sure it was on wrong? I can't tell from the photos.
I've had mine disconnected and reconnected 3 times already for various reasons, and it looks the same as in your first photo (small gap with visible slots).
In your second splitter photo, the angle does not show...
FL-2062, FL-2087, and KR3Z6731A seem to all still be out of stock. I was able to find FL-2062-A filters on Amazon though (although they were listed as FL-2062):

I'm not planning to move the wheels around, just the tires. I know it'll fit, since all tires are the same size, but for some reason the tire shop told me not to do that?
Is there maybe some sort of permanent deformation of the tire structure from the meaty front fitment, that may perhaps lose...
I have 305 width tires all around, but my wheels are staggered (10.5 front, 11 back), so the front tires are a little bit meatier.
Is it okay to rotate the those front tires from the 10.5" front wheels to the 11" back wheels?
The tire/wheel shop that put them on said it is not a good idea, so...
Search results are not showing much. I'm curious to know if anyone has painted their GT350 OEM wheels to look anything other than stock.
Please post pics if you have!
I don't think it is on the wheels, at least not that I saw on some photos in this thread:

Well apparently the load rating seems fine compared to, for example, Apex flow formed racing wheels (1550lbs and 1650lbs):
https://www.apexraceparts.com/our-wheels/classic-ec7.html
So it makes me think it may be fine for many racing situations (I know going off course can break any wheel so...
I'm considering these:
http://vsforged.com
They're all fully forged, but with a load rating of 650kg/1510lb.
What sorts of driving would I need to do to break them? I'm not a NASCAR driver, just a guy with a Shelby who wants to go to a track for the first time. In particular I want to go to...
As for me, none yet, but I want to push the limits (given there's enough course for it). Nearby tracks are Sonoma and Laguna Seca. Do they have enough room?
I'm gonna try to reach the limits (safely, hopefully).
I wonder how much time that would be to make it matter?
I forgot to also mention: I ended up starting an order for one of these sweet pups:
https://tinyurl.com/d8pvh6w5
Fully forged wheels with prices among the lowest, with good looks, and with fitment for the giant GT350 brake calipers!
In particular, I'm getting the VS03 wheels...
I am a newb here, but the extra stickyness seems appealing: I thought I might enjoy more stick even on the street to take harder turns with (despite if that means more noise and discomfort, or having to drive slow/carefully on rainy days). I was thinking similar to what I hear about getting a...
Hello! Newb here. I did do some homework, but still have questions!
I'm thinking to get Nitto NT01's for my 350 (non-R), 305/30zr19 on the front, and 315/30zr20 on the back, to deviate from the stock Michelin PSS and try something new.
I chose those Nitto tire sizes because they both have (Y)...
