Simply.... TRAGIC photos. Unbelievable . :eyebulge::shrug:

I'm wondering if the local dealer can align these errors....

Having tortured myself at length reading the QC related threads on this forum, it is possible to correct some of the alignment where it's a case of adjusting bolts, but welded panels are more tricky. Obviously having a main dealer do work on your car has potential problems as well. I gather though that some of the issues (such as the rear window alignment in the picture) are design/tooling faults that you can't do much about.

As many others have said, whilst you don't expect BMW quality, sub-Kia quality isn't really acceptible. (no offence to Kia drivers, just a price point example)

Alfa Romeo is, since many years a FIAT brand, and FIAT was always considered low-quality-build cars.. but my Alfa Romeo never had one panel misaligned like that in these photos!
Well, I,ve got a 159 and there is a misalignment just at the driver's door center moulding (B Pillar) on the upper rubber surface fitted on the door skin panel, just outer to the glass. There is about 1mm of difference at the rubbers' end height in comparison with the beginning of the rubber moulding fitted on the left rear door (and this is an issue proper to all 159´s, which was not fitted for quite a few years of production).

I don't have the photo's at hand, but at the AutoRAI I saw a 1960s Mustang and the brand new one, and BOTH had the same hood misalignment over the left front headlight. I thought that was kinda funny. :D One could call it an 'authentic' feature :p

I will not accept a car that looks like this. Would go to court, no problem for me, I have legal protection insurance I pay for every month.

No way they can deliver such a mess to Germany, noone would accept it. I already talked to my dealer and told him to get everything right in the body shop before calling me to pick it up.
My 2015 is perfect. Maybe the trunk wasn't closed all the way in the photo. Sometimes it happens to me.

Sorry to hear for the alignment problems (same as US people referred) but don't expect perfect alignment and quality inspection such as Mercedes etc.

Sad to say, but don't forget we're talking about 30K $ car. It is not consider a special (hand made or premium car) .

At least, BEFORE accepting your car ask your local dealers to make a good inspection and alignments where necessary.
Ho, ho, wait : I've owned three Mustang in the past, a 1975 blue hatchback, a 1979 Cobra turbo and a 1995 V6 coupe. Not one of them had alignment problems . I see no reason why the 2015 must show this kind of problems. An American icon that will go global ? Must be just perfect!

+1 to this. The cheapest version of this car is at the same price level as a BMW 4 series here. I would expect some properly aligned panels for that kind of money.

Yeah, only shipping costs US to EU are very expensive.
We could organise some group purchases !

I'll go for another intercooler, air intake (Mishimoto or MMR) and exhaust (on this one I'll wait if Ford Racing will supply a CE approved one) otherwise Borla has EU versions coming up...

Probably some RED taillights if electronics and connections are compatible.

It will be a lot cheaper than buying from an importer. Already had the price difference experience with my front grill and back plate.

And I'm sure we'll find some US guys as well willing to collect EU parts such as our faux gas caps, white tail lights... I already have a buyer for my EURO rear panel.

I see NO license plate border.
Very interesting!! Let's hope they keep it that way and forget about the ugly black plastic frame we saw in other posts.

Any thoughts on the back license plate holders? Looks subtle right now but I'm sure most Belgian dealers will add their own branded ones :frusty:

You can simply remove it :) I had removed it on all my cars in the past.

Hopefully these are just early production cars converted to a European spec.......
I really am disappointed by the panel fit and finish - very agricultural.

If there is no QC for the exterior, I have many fears for the interior as well.

No coincidence that many US people complain about doors, dash creaks....
