I can't wait to start looking out for ships heading to Southampton from end of August onwards

Judging how long time it takes for ou EU cars, i dont think you will see any UK Mustangs in the UK until at least end of September, or even later.

If my memory serves me correctly, production of UK cars starts in August.

Then using my own as an example which was produced on 6/5, VISTA says 8/8 so 3 months after date of prod. Terrible!

You are right the first build date for RHD customer cars appears to be 3rd August. I say customer cars because my dealer said last night that they are expecting their RHD demonstrator beginning/middle of August so dealers cars will be being built next week possibly to make that deadline.

3 months makes sense. Build date is 10th August for me, ETA on delivery is 24th October but I was told to add on 2 weeks so that brings it in to first week of November.

How was the list of vin numbers above produced? Be good to know once we can see the UK cars. I will also be trying to find a Southampton dock camera to stare at as well hahaha

I hope you're right but just for your reference... My Belgian dealer is expecting his first demo cars on 15/8 !!! :shrug::frusty:

I think your dealer will be very unpleasantly surprised when he will not get his cars in August. Just ain't gonna happen if production of RHD cars only starts on 3rd August. Most likely it will be like yours, late Oct or early November.

Mine was ordered on 18/3, Flat Rock accepted order on 30/3. Car made on 6/5 and is still in Flat Rock according to Deysha. At a place they call Emissions Plant (emissions testing). It has been stuck there for over 4 weeks now, although a very good friend of mine who works for Volvo says that normally it would not take longer than a week, tops! Anyway, right now the plant is on hols so who knows what is happening....

My dealer had a VISTA EDD of 25/7 originally, now delayed two weeks to 8/8.
