I am wondering why they seem to have the "lesser" interior on those mustangs.

If im right there are two different dashboards. One with the faux leather and faux stitching and one with the faux(?) leather and real stitching. Also the upper door panel can have hard plastic or soft touch plastic. Pretty sure the faux(?) leather with real stitching dashboard comes a long with the soft touch plastic upper door panel.

Seeing as those Mustangs have the faux leather with faux stitching dashboards makes me believe its the lesser of the two interiors that they have on display there.

The better interior should (could?) be in cars with the custom pack.

Can anyone confirm this. It would sway me to the custom pack. I don't particularly like the chrome trim but can live with this (or sort it out) if you get a better interior.

Ranting here as well...

#$%*!!! Argh...

Today my dealer from Berlin sent me an email that my color (Black/Ebony-Schwarz) has been replaced with a new one called Iridium Black and because of that the delivery will take place in October instead of July. The color also costs 700 EUR, they will pay for it tho.

Anyway, I wanted the car during summer and now I'm actually thinking about cancelling the order. However, I'm pessimistic about finding another one.

Also it's pretty confusing since Ford said they will be replacing Black color in 2016, this doesn't make any sense for me.

In theory, 2016 models should have the Microsoft-free Sync 3... I have ordered just before Easter: maybe mine could be a 2016 model too?

I'm not too sure that it applies to the Eu Mustangs. The official introduction in the german market is planned to be in june / july. I don't think the car will get any changes just 2 months later. Our 15 Eu Mustang will also be much improved quality wise over the 15 Us stang. Anyways... what difference does the number make? Our Mustangs are being built almost at the same time as 2016 US stangs, so I am sure they will be very simiiar (aside from Sync 3. But honestly, why should i give a crap about Sync 3?). At the end of the day what really counts is the month it has been produced. they might call mine 1999 or 2018 Mustang and I couldn't care less.

My order was officially submitted after May 1st, maybe that's the reason? Still confused, waiting for further info from my dealer.

EDIT: Found this.

EU mustangs will stay the same as they are (no new 2016 features), but if the factory dont have a color anymore, they cant use it for an EU model of course

No SYNC3 either? Will be those marked as 2016 at least or still 2015?

I thought the actual black was not going to be replaced but just another kind of black would be added... Somewhere someone posted the 2016 colors, have to dig it up to be sure...
