I had the same issue with Flossy.
Yup same here. Kept asking him for updates. Would always tell me "it's getting ready to ship any day" then he told me he would email tracking info. Never got any. Submitted a claim with PayPal. He never responded to the claim by the deadline. So PayPal gave me my money back. Even after I got my refund he replied to an old email I sent him for a status update, he said "I'll have your tracking info by the end of the day." Dude has no clue...[emoji15]I had the same issue with Flossy.
I recently ordered from flossy. He answered all my emails right away when I had questions about the knobs. But now that I placed the order he doesn't respond. I'll give it about another week before I try to get my money back
He is so hit or miss. I actually purchased from him before this last time that I had to submit the PayPal claim. My first order was for my 13. He responded to all my questions very quickly. I ordered on a Sunday and had my knob within a week. It was a great experience. Then shortly after I got my 15. I asked him some questions beforehand seeing if the knobs were the same. He responded and told me my current one wouldn't fit the 15. He said if I ordered again to email for a discount code. Which he politely did. I ordered again when I picked up my 15. Then he just fell off after that. Went almost 5 weeks this last time. And ended up with nothing and poor communication. Don't know what happened.
