Awesome I bet this combined with the suitcase delete will make some good power for the money. It will be interesting to see this setup done and than headers after to see what headers are really worth? Are you all affiliated with MAC or is that a totally different company? I like that is gives you 3" exhaust!

We are not affiliated with MAC Exhaust. That is a completely different company.

The current setup right now is a Gibson catback with an X-Pipe. We will be adding the Cat Delete Pipes to this setup shortly.

My Previous Setups were:

Offroad Pipes only:

H-Pipe Suitcase Delete Only:

X-Pipe Suitcase Delete Only:

I am running the MAK Off road Pipes, and I am very happy with them.

It did take a few hours of modding to make the Driver Side OEM "header" compatible, but that is not anyone else's fault, except Ford's for integrating the Cat to the header.

I am very happy with the MAK pipes. Nice quality, great company to deal with, and super fast shipping.

I chose to stick with the OEM headers for now. I think the car will easily be able to maximize the engines potential (safety margin) with boost....so I did not see it necessary to install aftermarket headers at this time.

I'm sure it's just been accepted to have to go headers to do a cat delete but why the welded flange design on the driver's side instead of a slip on with clamp? I'm sure a lot of customers are turned away by needing to weld the flange to the factory header. I would think a slip on with the inside diameter matching the OD of the factory pipe above the converter would be sufficient.

The Mak cat-delete is an excellent product, sounds great and makes good power. It's not long-tube header power but it's close and it sounds great IMO. And, from my experience, Mac sucks, Mak does not suck. Definite difference.
