Oem steering wheel controls harness

I am on the search for a replacement harness that goes from the clock spring to the steering wheel controls on my ‘18 mustang gt. Does anyone know if there’s a difference between the harness from the 15-17 mustang and the 18-22? Or if one out of an automatic can be used in a manual?

I believe they are different as the controls are different between the two. Best way to check is to call your Dealer’s parts counter and get the part numbers.
