OE Shock travel at rest

Does anyone know how much shock travel is left with the car on it's wheels?

Which shocks? Which Springs? Which Shock Mounts?

I'm on GT350R springs, Ford Performance track shocks with BMR shock mounts and stock bump stops. I've never noticed bottoming and I've driven it pretty hard on bad roads. Even hauled relatively heavy trailers with it.
