OD balancer vs supercharge pulley

I have a 2.9 whipple and I'm in the process of shopping for new performance parts and 2 things on my list are

1. OD balancer 15%
2. 12/12.5 psi Whipple pulley

I'm currently running 9.5 psi of boost

What are the pros and cons on running the OD balancer or just swapping the pulley
