My wife and I are headed to Charlotte Motor Speedway tomorrow for the Track Day on Monday. The weather forecast looks good and I’m stoked about the whole thing. Hopefully it’ll make me a better driver and better understand the capabilities of my Mach 1. Anyone else participating in this one?

You'll have a blast! Watch out when crossing over the painted stripes at an angle. Neutral throttle.

Wish I could do it again. Have a game plan esp the braking/accelerating excercise. I would use the car track app to get your ‘best’ 0-60 there so you wont have to do it in your car. I think you get 10 tries. Do some practice runs in your mind with the no lift shift so when u get there make all hour runs a no lift shift. Think of it as an opportunity to push yourself and the mach 1 to the limits. When I returned from Track attack, I had an “understanding” with my car and no longer had the urge to push it to its limits because I knew. Have fun.

I’m heading down next weekend for Monday 10/23. I’m looking forward to it. I did there FPRS this past May and loved it.

You need to track it again, or HPDE again. That goes away with time and all you want to do is find the track as quick as possible 😂

I was in the black #16. You? I learned a lot and had a great experience except for the screw I picked up on the way to the school Monday morning in my own Mach 1. $488 later we were on our way home.

Great time. Nice to push the s4's and see what they can do before replacing my cup2's. Very impressed.

Best experience ever. Went in September and took the kid for the ride along package. Guess we are going next year since she only had her permit this year. Lol!
