You don't appreciate the reply, because evidently all you want to do is complain and try to get your car bought back for non-existent issues. Fact of the matter is, there are pages and pages of users across F150, Escape, and Mustangs who all compare the reception in their vehicle with Sync 3 as subpar compared to their older vehicle with MFT.

All of the info you'd ever need is there, if you care about reading up on it and not just echoing the same "it's how/where you drive it, not ford's fault"
Clearly Ford knows there's an issue as they've released an OASIS bulletin. In 2015 Ford/Lincoln replaced the antenna of A LOT of MKC vehicles when there was found to be an issue with the antenna as compared to previous years. It also applies to the edge.
