Some 2015-2017 Mustang vehicles built on or before 2-Sep-2016 may exhibit poor A/C performance. If a low refrigerant charge is confirmed and there are no otherobvious signs of a refrigerant leak, suspect the evaporator to be the source ofthe leak.

I wonder if the Sep. 2016 cutoff date suggests anything about improvements being made after that time. OTOH it could be completely arbitrary.

This should help those that are being told they will have to pay for repairs once the warranty is up. Hard to argue when you release a bulletin telling technicians what the issue is.
