Note 5 sync issues

I am not able to sync my note 5 to my car. Neither the car or the phone are finding each other. Do I need to update my sync or am I doing something wrong?

I have note 5 as well. no issue.
detect device from phone to car. and it shows pin. or the other way around.
btw, it warks fine.

did you find turn on Bluetooth. right?
Hmmmmm, I might did something on Sync too... such as click the connecting phone and it running than search device on phone maybe...

Do you have Bluetooth turned on, is your phone set to discoverable in the Bluetooth menu?

My Note 5 was able to sync with no issues. Double check your settings and make sure your phone is visible.

i tried to use my S5 that still is active that was connected b4 to the car and it too is having issues. The car keeps asking me to turn on bluetooth. I turn it on then it asks me to turn it on again. I even did a master sync reset and still nothing. i will be calling ford today.

thanks i have an appointment tomorrow to have it looked at. I miss having my music in the car. Tired of CD's

So it now works. all they did was disconnect my battery for five minutes and it worked just fine. They are even unsure of why it happens but i am not the first to come in with a similar problem.
