2015 GT premium with shaker system, previous 2 phones worked fine. Most recent phone was a Note8 which broke and so I upgraded to the 9 since it was actually going to be cheaper to do so than repair the old one. Anyway from day one I've had issues between the note 9 and the sync2.
Started out as when I get incoming text messages, Sync still reads them fine and when using voice command will read out old messages as desired. The issue is on my phone, the message pops up for maybe 2 seconds and then disappears. I have to back out of the screen on the phone to the main message display and then wait around a minute or two and it will appear finally. Not really an issue while driving but becomes a huge headache when I'm say sitting in a parking lot and get a lot of incoming messages.
Then all of a sudden last week or so the Bluetooth started having issues even connecting at all to Sync. It will connect for phone calls/messages but playing music is having issues. Usually I go to the quick menu on phone and turn off BT and then back on and it will connect. Until today that is. 45 minute drive in to work listening to regular radio bc all my prior troubleshooting fixes aren't working. when I got to work I tried restarting my phone and even completely deleted it from the car and re paired it and still it wont connect for audio.
Anyone else having similar issues or know of fixes?
