Not pulling as hard when I switch to next gear

It's hard to explain. Car pulls pretty hard to about 6500-7000 pretty good in third then I when switch to 4th it kind of bogs or doesn't pull as hard as it did when I took off in 3rd. Boost slowly moves up and the car doesn't feel as aggressive. After I switch to 4th it feels like someone attached a trailer to the back of my car to slow it down, like drag or something. 1st & 2nd are useless so I try to do pulls in 3rd gear. I finally got the car retuned by lund. They said the tune looks good and the car was adding timing. I'm only seeing about 10.5 to 11 lbs on pump gas. What's causing this issue? Has this happen to anyone? Thanks

What intake mani?

If you shift early and drop down to anything less than 4k, you'll lose quite a bit of momentum and it'll bog a little. I have the 18' mani and to "feel" it the most, I have to stay above 5k.

Yeah I have a 18 intake. I'll shift around 6500 7 grand and it'll feel like it's just not pulling hard at all. Like it taking forever for it to reach redline for me to switch into 5th

What rpm does it drop to on the shift?

MT 82 3:73 gears I shift at around 7000 it'll drop to like 5000 5100 on the up shift to 4th but it's like the rpm hand just starts moving slow after that. It doesn't it do it all the time but way more then it should

Watch your air fuel ratio when it happens compared to when it doesn't. Is there a difference? This is the sort of thing that you really have to look through datalogs to figure out. For instance, maybe Lund left the cat overtemp protection on or something like that and it's dumping a bunch of extra fuel.
