Non lowering springs

I can't afford to lose any ground clearance, but am keen to improve on stock performance.

Would you guys have any ideas for suspension options which might stiffen but not lower the Mustang?

Rural living means a farm track to the main road and a 5 inch minimum ground clearance otherwise I start to beach it.

For about 5 minutes I was toying with a "fully bagged" air suspension thing as that can go a bit higher (and much lower) than stock . But it is, sadly, a bit of a daft solution:

Is this the "KW Variant 3" stuff I was reading about in other posts? This is a total mystery to me about - time to get googling.

Yea, the drug dealer / Puerto Rican bad boy look is probably not quite right for Sussex and besides, it involved a) drilling and b) losing too much boot space.

Lots of different kits available. KW, Eibach, Pedders etc etc.

Depending on which ones you go for you'll at the very least get stiffer springs but with the option of changing the ride height exactly how you want it. You'll also be able to adjust the bump and rebound on some of the upper end stuff but even the lower end stuff will give you what you're after which is stiffer suspension but with little to no drop (probably even a raise if you want).

All too real - you can buy that airlift kit from LMR, CJs, airlift and others. It's got a certain something, but probably needs underbody neons for the full effect.
