Is our ride height the same as the US spec? I don't want to put 1" lowering springs on my car and end up dropping it 2" because our cars are set up higher, doesn't anyone know?

I am curious, why would it bother you if you were to install a 1" spring, and it dropped your car 2"?

Are the speedbumps different there? That is not an issue in the US.

These cars sit higher than the previous platforms. So, even with the "US" 1" to 1.5" drop, there is plenty of clearance underneath. (compared to most cars that are dropped the same amount)

Depends where you live, they're very harsh over here and most of the ones that my cars dislike are the tiny square blocks that can go in between your wheels and block work speed bumps which move over time and break down, it's not very nice lol

Yeh, poxy speed bumps ruined the front splitter on my Alfa 156. You have to consider how low your car is, how low the front spoiler is and even how far forward it is as the further forward the more likely it will ground when the rear wheels ore on the poxy bloody speed bumps!!

I was not even considering lowering my GT but I went to a piston heads event at Goodwood on Sunday and although the Mustang looked the business in amongst some pretty nice machinery, it did stick out as being quite high at the front.

Well I have an Eibach Sport kit ready and waiting to go on and since my wheels turned up today hopefully it'll be fitted sometime this week so I'll be able to report back. :)
