Driving a convertible is more about enjoying top down driving. Either you want that or not. I have never compared vert & hardtop back to back, but with magneride, I find my convertible rides smoothly with minimal vibration or harshness. As to noise, between driving top down when possible & enjoying the active exhaust sound, any increased noise over a hardtop is irrelevant to me. Just decide which type of vehicle you prefer & enjoy it.

Been looking around and finding a vert with manual and performance pack is not easy.
You are correct. They are hard to find.

In addition to a vert/manual/PP1, consider finding one with magneride. You won't regret it.

Hoofer, Magneride is #1 on my list after manual. It is above the color at this point.
I agree, a must have! I can duplicate the performance pack with after market but not the magneride...
