Got my order confirmation and VIN email from Ford at 7:17AM YEEEEAAAHHHH!!!! Scheduled to be built week of May 31, OMG. I AM NEVER GOING TO MAKE IT THAT LONG. Of course clicking the link to show the order tracking lists a generic Mach with the "performance package", which doesn't exist, LOL.

Sounds like you have a truck and you're gonna tow the Mach home? Bought my first Mustang that way, used '97 Cobra, one of the BEST days of my life. Talk about feeling manly!!

Got my deposit back from old dealer, and reordered with Zach. Already have my pizza tracker, with build date for my Mach 1 700a with HP. What a life saver!

So here’s what my salesman just texted me... SMH!!

"So the Ford rep was actually just here. he is going to look into it and then contact our sales manager and let him know what they are doing for email status on the build. I know we can track it on our end, but unsure on the customer end of it. As soon as he gets an email with a answer I will definitely reach out and let you know."

So I called the Ford customer service number. They took my name, the dealership name, and the previous order number, and said yes this order is showing in their system as "in process". I guess that's a good sign.

I called the Ford Customer service and got jack shit. Told them that I have a preview order with an order number could you just verify if the order has been placed or not. They said no, we can't do anything with just an order number. She said only the dealer can help me with that. After back and forth she said they have a hotline number but not for Mach 1's. I asked do you have a Mustang hotline number. That's when she transferred me to a dial tone. Called back, spoke to some one else, same story. So now waiting on a call from my salesman.
