No fly zone 1/2 mile race

Anyone planning on going to the Arizona event at the end of this month? Never been, so curious on what it’s like. Wouldn’t mind stretching the Kenne Bell’s legs out if it’s a decent time.

I've been to their midwest event. The organizers are good people and it's a very relaxed event. The starts aren't measured exactly with timing lights though if you're looking to do a true half mile race.

Thanks for chiming in. Honestly, I don’t care who or what is lined up next to me, I just want to see what the car can do at the top end in a relatively safe environment for it.

Some of the local guys were talking about going a few week backs. I planned on it but had an important class scheduled in April and they canceled it. So now the only other day they are offering it is the same day as no fly zone... hopefully next time.

Was planning as well then realized there was a wedding I was obligated to go to. Dang family stuff. Definitely next time though. Hell maybe that one will be a lot more powerful
