What are your thoughts and opinions on NLS an MT82-D4 with nitrous? I have the capability to do this with my car, but I’m not so sure it’s the smartest thing to do.
For starters, I actually have a Nitrous Outlet ProMax progressive controller that controls every aspect of my nitrous. I also have an N2MB WOT Box with a nitrous add-on (essentially a second window switch) that I was able to integrate with the ProMax by using a 12V signal from the ProMax’s transbrake feature to feed the WOT Box’s nitrous add-on.
Yesterday, I reprogrammed all of my electronics for nitrous and the WOT Box and noticed that when I set the nitrous turn on/off rpm in the WOT Box to match the ProMax’s nitrous turn on/off rpm of 4000 - 7200, the WOT Box off rpm kept autocorrecting to 7201 rpm.
I decided to uncheck the nitrous feature in the WOT Box software for now, because although it appears that both systems are integrated and working together, I‘m not 100% certain (maybe 99.9%, lol) without making a test hit on nitrous. In addition to that, with 275 milliseconds of ignition kill time programmed into the WOT Box, I don’t know if that could pose a problem with nitrous continuing to spray through that kill time when the spark is restored. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks
