I'm trying to load an older tune but my nGauge's touch screen is so wacky it seems impossible. Unfortunately I cannot get to settings to 1.) recalibrate the touch screen or 2.) to update the firmware to a version where I can press and hold for 5 seconds on the main screen to initiate the recalibration.

I've tried using a stylus pen for a good 45 min and the furthest I can get is to the settings, but I cannot scroll down at all. Even if I could, I don't think I could select the checkmark.

A thread about a year and a half ago recommended to contact the manufacturer and gave this link:

http://e-motionproducts.com/support/index.html

When I click that my web browser says "e-motionproducts.com’s server IP address could not be found. "

Did they go out of business? Different name/website? Does that link work for anyone else?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps I'm overlooking something?

Thanks a lot.

Yes, it's gone. Unless you can get your hands on a new HP Tuners one still left in stock, you need to move to a different tuning solution.
