Ngauge help please

Just received my new ngauge and it doesn't come with any documentation or quick start guide. I'm going to mount it in an A/C vent using a Joleobee magnetic mount. I wont be getting tuned for a while so no tune to load at this point, I just want to get it up and running. I assume there is a process of "marrying" the gauge to the car. Hoping somebody can instruct me on how to do this and when to install the SD card, and does the card remain in the gauge? Any help will be appreciated.
