NEW WORLD RECORD FOR THE ECOBOOST MUSTANG BY UPRPRODUCTS - 10.24 @134mph

This past weekend we took our Ecoboost to NMRA in Bowling Green, KY for the Ecoboost Challenge. With a awesome track prep and good air, it was only a recipe for a great weekend!

During qualifying on Saturday night, we busted off a new personal best and a WORLD RECORD ET for the Ecoboost Mustang with a 10.24 pass.

A huge congratulations to our own Bill Putnam for thrashing and piloting this car. His hard work along with the help from the UPR Team the last couple weeks, it sure did pay off. Jon Lund was able to get this tune rocking and rolling all weekend long!

I was impressed with all the cars at the Ecoboost challenge. Brads car was fast and won the event. Lexis car launched like no ones buisness !!! And the UPR car is even more serious now with the new CPE turbo kit. The orange manual trans cars ran great too and looks to even be a street car like my own, I like that kinda stuff.
Congratulations to UPR and Lund Racing on that 10.24 at 134 mph !!! Cant wait to see these cars in the 9s !!!

Correct. MPR built it for us.

I am curious , how much boost do you need to run to produce this much power?
I can see on a full motor build going 25-30lb but with stock engine I would be worried above 24-25lb's, even with good fuel.
