For several days now, the email notifications for replies to watched threads have not contained what was posted.
I normally just post from a PC but follow via the email notifications much of the time. I go in and out of cell service and often catch up on the forum updates when I don't have cell service. Now when I open the emails that arrived while I was within cell service they are useless. And if I have cell service its still very bad to have to have to start a browser and wait for the whole page to load just to see the one new post.
I'm not understanding why the change was made, but if it was to reduce server load, it has to cost more to serve entire pages to a browser on top of an email rather than just include a few words of text in the email.
