New Ngauge Firmware - Version 180

You have to have the files/folders wrong on the sd. get a screen shot of the folder structure/contents of the CUSTOM FILES folder and post it. It should be something like this:

Nope that's all. So I've been playing with it for awhile now and kind of same result.

When you have a chance, can you go to your car, run vehicle info and see under tune, see if its says flex fuel tune on it or what does it read?

I think that'll help a lot.

Well if there is nothing else in the custom folder on the SD card I have zero idea why it won't let you flash it...something has to be not being done correctly, or there is a problem with the files. How big are they ? All mine are 3968kb

Agreed. It doesn't make sense to 'see' files that are said to not exist.

I'll show a picture by tomorrow since I'm no longer home. This sucks, I'm pretty much on E and I wanted to put e85 on today or tomorrow. My FF tune reads 4.1mb. I can't think it's user error, I've done like every possible combination possible.

It's not set up right, I posted some pics that should help. With it configured like I posted it won't shut off while motor is on..it'll turn on and off by itself.

Are you on fw 180? And do you have startup set to gauges?

You need to set it up for your actual voltages . Look at you voltage readings with the engine on and off . Everyone's will vary

Your right I didn't take that into account...figured it would be close..glad others are helping in this thread haha

Well my only concern is the one that uses engine rpm to keep the gauge on doesn't keep the gauge.

I'm using the alternator setting instead of voltage w/out issue. I'll check the exact settings and update this later...
