Ngauge firmware failure

So this happened while trying to update my firmware. I followed the normal procedure, but after the update completed the screen went blank. I thought the gauge might be re-booting, so I waited about 5 minutes. NOTHING.... I unplugged the unit, and then plugged it back in. This is what's displaying now

E-mail E-motion with what your gauge is showing. They can send you a new firmware file to load on your SD card. This worked for me.

Emotion is the maker of the Ngauge and was very quick to reply.
