I left my dome lights on and my battery went dead. I charged it back up, started car up and went for a drive. Everything seem back to normal but I did get this in the dashboard after a spirited drive on the highway. I don’t ever remember seeing this. Is this a speed limiter of some kind.

I've never seen that before. A Google search finds one reference on Redit that says it may mean the engine coolant temperature is above 120 degrees Celsius.
Personally, I'd try disconnecting the battery, turn on the headlights, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, turn off the headlights and reconnect the battery. Doing that should clear/reset the electronics. Low or dead batteries can cause all kinds of weird things to happen in modern cars.
