Update- Spraying WD-40 into the pipes at the valves did not work, but I found out why.... I pulled down the exhaust and took apart the actuators to find out that the spring had jumped out of its seat, and that the valve itself was in fact, stuck shut. It looks like ford used some dissimilar metals in the valve possibly allowing it to corrode slightly and stick. With the motor off, it took quite a bit of spray lube and tapping, rotating with pliers, to finally get it to rotate freely. Lucky me the wife felt sorry for me earlier in the week and bought me a new Magnaflow cat-back for my birthday. So I got to re-assemble with new parts. I pre-lubed the Magnaflow valves with Dupont Teflon dry lube and everything went back in without a hitch. Turned power on and made sure the valves cycled as designed and started the car with no displayed errors. So that fixed the issue with the ride control and Life is good.
I ordered a new diff. temp sensor to see if that corrects my other issue. Ill update when that comes together next weekend.
