Sticking blade by chance? I had this happen on my 2019 Bullitt with my Soler Performance ported factory TB. Car went into limp home mode and wouldn’t exceed 35 mph. It turns out that DTCs indicated that the blade was sticking open and shut. There were also witness marks in the bore of the TB from where the blade had been sticking. I sent it back to Soler and they made some adjustments and it’s been fine ever since. They can also get gunked up around the shaft where it enters either side of the TB housing.
