Hey guys, 'newbie' here from the midwest. Just picked up a new 2019 Shadow Black Premium GT with PP1. I've lost count but believe this is my eighth or ninth mustang, I've had every model from the Fox on up.

My last Mustang was a 2013 GT (GHIG) that I way overbuilt and ended up not driving much, so this one will stay more tame to keep drivability high.

First impressions are that this is the highest performing stock mustang I've owned, and smooth to boot. In the old days you had a LOT to fix from the Ford factory but this one doesn't seem to need nearly as much.

Anyway, cheers to you fellow Blue Oval guys.

Welcome. I also have the PP1. I haven’t done much to mine and don’t plan on doing many future mods because it pretty much doesn’t need anything.

Guess I'll have to start uploading to a third party hosting site again to get some pics up :)

Took it up through the mountain roads here and it drives very smoothly, improvements across the board vs. my 2013. Glad I finally jumped in!

Sweet, that is much nicer!

I went with a M6 on this one, I've only ever owned one automatic sports car and swore I wouldn't do it again lol

Zero judgement on the Auto guys/gals, I just like playing with the clutch and rowing gears while I'm blasting down some curvy roads.

Yup same no judgements either way everyone picks the car they want for their own good reasons. I was just curious as I couldn't tell from your post or personal info. Its funny depending on what I bought it was going to affect whether I went manual or auto. I wanted to try out the 10 speed in the GT and when I did I really liked it compared to my auto in my previous Camaro SS its a whole different animal.
