Does unplugging the "nannies" via the plug near the intake make "drag mode" and line lock not available at the track?

My line lock rarely works anyways, I just hope to hit the track one day and be able to use both.

No. Unplugged no line lock. Use brake. Your drag mode will work fine with unplugged.

Ford... novel idea... next time, save the money on the line lock and give us decent axles.

Thank you

I kinda like the line lock. But of course I'm auto. My LL has worked fine for me over the last 4 years.

Yeah, I definitely use line lock on my 2018. The rear brakes hold too well on my car to allow much wheelspin if I just use the foot brake. Besides, it is hard on rear brake pads. At first I found LL to be finicky but now I can use it with no issues at all.
