Need part confirmation.

Greets all, the subtle mods are beginning, and the headlight mod is inching closer, but I need some confirmation. I asked this once before but I was asking blindly, now I have a screenshot and need to know if anyone can confirm this is correct. I did a ford lookup for the 2016 CS I had and the headlights, and then the 2020 Shelby headlights, and according to the screenshot they are the same, the only thing thats making me wonder is what does "version #2" mean? Besides this everything is pointing to the headlamps being the same and I plan to buy led boards to replace and this seems to be showing the led boards are the same as the 2016 based on model/product #. Am I right?

I’m on repairlink and they show to be the same part numbers for a 2016 GT and 2020 GT500 like you’ve found. I used my vin (2016) and a 2020 GT500 vin I use for part lookup.

As did I between my '16 Cali Special and my 500, the only thing taht is making me pause and confirm its the same is the gt500 page says "Version 2" which is what makes me pause.

Hard to think ‘version 2’ would matter being the same part number. I hate when they do that for matching numbers.

Agreed, I want to replace the boards for my headlamp mod but taking it apart and finding the board a different will piss me off. But I cant see how that would be considering '15-'17 and the 2020 part# is the same.
