Need help with my 2015...

I'm loving my 2015 GT Premium with the performance package. But I need a little help from folks here.

First is my front USB port doesn't work at all. The one in the center console does however. It's not that big an issue since I eventually plan to upgrade it myself to a Sync 3 system but it is a bit aggravating since I'm trying to install the latest Sync update.

The second is I'm trying to find a replacement interior part online and I've had zero luck. I'm missing the cover that goes over the passenger sear left rear bolt that attaches to the floor. Is there anybody that can point me in the direction of the correct part #? Thanks again.

Thanks for the help! Been trying to find that part all day. Now if I can just figure out my USB port issue. I'm closing to just biting the bullet and buying the parts to upgrade to Sync 3.

Have you pulled the usb out to see if it came unplugged? Trace the wires and see if its came loose from the harness.

If it will ever stop raining I'm going to pull it apart this weekend and see if it is just a connection problem.
