I run 19x11 squared on 295/30 MPS4S... tram lining is minimal or at least not significant enough to bother me at all and I daily the car.

I run the following on both street and track, wear is within 1/32 deviation across the tire...

Front
-2.5
0.00
Rear
-1.5
0.11 (total toe 0.22)
Hey Albert, same questions above for you too :)
thank you.

Let me ask you few questions please.
dO YOU USE A SPACER?
WHAT 19X11 Wheels DO YOU USE?
Did you change the studs?

please let me know!
My 19x11 wheels are the GT350 replicas 19x11 ET50. You can use a 20 to 25 mm spacer up front to make a true square setup. You will require APR extended lugs (the longest variety) on the front hubs at least. I recommend having a 23mm spacer made for the front - that's the best fitment for the front wheels and up to 305 tires (I've never gone more than that yet).

The other option, that doesn't allow for rotating tires, is running the GT350/R sized wheel. Our 19x11 +24 6UL fits the S550 up front without the need for spacers. This is once another degree or so camber is dialed in with plates or plates/bolts.

Running our 19x11 +50 square setup requires fine tuning with spacers are adapters. The tricky part is that the exact spacer required depends on how much camber, brand of strut housing and tire size/model. The range seems to be 20-30mm and it's really close both inboard and outboard. So unless you replicate a know combination exactly, your +50's may or may not fit up front. The fine tuning tool, once you are locked in to a particular spacer thickness, is adjust camber.

For street/ dual duty use, tire wear seems to be acceptable with -2 to -3° camber depending on how much highway driving you do. Our GT350 is running -4.5° front camber as that's where it develops the best grip and tire pyrometer readings. Tire wear isn't great but we have a minivan for that :)
