Need help deciphering Order Fulfillment report...

I've attached a copy of the fulfillment report I received from "he who will remain nameless."

Can anyone help me understand the "switching" between "released" and "Awaiting shipment" and "re-released" and "at plant" etc?

It was suggested that these moves all relate to correcting quality or similar "issues" at the plant. Anybody here "in the know" who can clarify the likely cause of these changes?

Just throwing this out there (I'm definitely not in the know), but I was told the car receives the stripes after the build, possibly not onsite. If that's the case, I doubt it leaves for its final destination from there and may go back to the plant for inspection prior to shipping. As for being "at plant" again, could be ford not giving a thumbs up (assuming my scenario) and having to go back out/come back for inspection. Again, that's all speculation based on a comment my dealer made.

As long as we're speculating, it could be something simple like your car was scheduled for transport and for some reason didn't make the truck (truck breakdown, wrong size trailer, overscheduling, etc.). I had that happen once; they took the car back to the plant and brought it back two days later for the next available truck.

My status history shows "body shop" also; for striping, or something worse. Anyone know what it means?
