FYI that's black and green, not green and black, you'd have more green than you would black.

I just think bright colours need toning down for aggression, chrome on cars really sits on the darker cars to "brighten them up"

for ref:

^ too bright.

perfect colour balance/car persona

IMO chrome is for less sportier cars, more classier cars, which is why it suits old man magnetic so good ;)!

That said, i pretty much hate chrome in most parts. I can stand it on my badges as it makes them stand out, but wheels, surrounds etc... nooo thanks not for me, each to their own though.
As an Old Man, now, I appreciate the luxury versions more than Performance, although I don’t mind a luxury car with Performance.

Envy you guys that got the 5.0 with the Performance Package in Chrome. Over here it only comes on the 4 with the Pony Package.

I was brought up in rural Cambridgeshire so was always more into New Holland than John Deere

Awesome! Is this car real, or Photoshopped?

P.S. - Did you hear the one about the farmer whose wife left him a "John Deere" letter?

As another Mopar person, I'd think you could die happy. :D

I like it but I don't think I would want to dailey that color as someone else pointed out. As a build car or occasional driver I would love it. Reminds me of some of the classic musclecar colors of the late 60's and early 70's.....Didn't some of the original Boss 302's come in a very similar color?

To me that is a much nicer green, really need to see "need for green" in the flesh as on photos I am not so sure.

If it was the green as above, it would be an instant yes from me. :)

As another Mopar guy, I'm kind of glad it's not as yellow as Sublime / Lime Light... I have always wanted a Sublime car, but it wouldn't feel right on something other than a Mopar. NFG seems a lot less blue than old-school Grabber Green, and I like that a lot. I was sure I was going to end up in Oxford White until I saw NFG. Now if I could just find a proper pic of Velocity Blue... My Valiant is white, the Fury is green, something blue might make more sense.

Its weird that in the 2019 Order Guide that if you want NEED FOR GREEN you get it with black over the top stripes, whether you NEED (want) them or not.

The mandatory stripes are very nearly a deal killer for me. Are the stripes just like vinyl wrap material, or are they harder to remove? I had a Shelby Charger back in the 80's, and I swore off of stripes on a car after that.

No Luster Nickel wheels available with NFG, either. Basically both of the items I wanted - a lack of stripes and some simple wheels - no can have. Who makes these decisions??

You can get the wheels, they are the PP1 optional wheel, so you just have to get the GT or Ecoboost Performance Package 1 on your Need for Green, and a hairdrier to remove the stripes. The wheels are different sizes for the EB vs. GT but they are the same:Luster Nickel painted Forged Aluminum design.
