I just saw this. Looks like someone posted it yesterday. I ran a quick search and didn't see it. My apologies if it has already been posted.

It looks like the needles are red no matter what. Was this the case for previous years?

Yes but someone else can confirm. I wish they would use the needles that all other Ford cars get as pictured here..

When he is scrolling through the colors it says MyColor1, MyColor2, does that mean you can add whatever colors you want from the RGB spectrum? If so, that is tits.

That's correct. They allow you to save your own creations. I usually make Ice Blue but I think that's a standard now.

That's pretty slick. How does that work, do you put in a 6 digit color code manually, or is there some kind of shade changer interface? Guard and Saddle with the right shade of silver ambiance would be killer, but I'm not sure about the paint color til I see it IRL.

Its on a spectrum style indicator. Basically starts at one color and adds hues of the next color fading out the first. So any in between of the colors I indicated in the video are possible.

The accent color that luminates the cup holder and door handles set it off though. Like white primary color and red accents looks awesome because of the red needles and other red interior bits.

I love it but I'm such a geek. Small details make a big difference to me.

Thanks. I love having access to those without cluttering the dash. The more info the better but the only one I'll use regularly is the accelerometer and boost.

Too bad the don't adjust the colour of the virtual gages.

The way it works on my 2011 (not sure if they've changed it so far):

You have your Red, Yellow, and Blue primary colors. You set the intensity of each one from 1 to 5. So, for example, if you set Red and Yellow both at 5 and Blue at 1, you'll get orange. Set Blue to 5 and Yellow to 4 and Red to 2 and you'll get a violety green color. So there are 125 different color options.
