How noticeable are the bulges at the bottom of the wheel near the D cut during normal driving? That's one of my only hesitations...

I'm glad I'm doing my research. I was pretty much settled on the SVE X550 wheel. I didn't want the 9 and 3 locations to be suede. This one seems to have some girth and looks pretty much OEM. The SVE X550 doesn't have that OEM look.

There's also DCTMS making wheels and a couple others. Beith is one of the first and best though. Or Ikon if you want to go that route, they're between SVE and Beith in price.

Not sure how the X550 doesn't look OEM to you? They're similar in shape and appearance other than the "thumb" curves on the SVE one. Definitely better quality on the Beith wheel, but I would hope so for double the price.

Mine is Beith and the non carbon fiber areas are leather. Way better than stock and I have had it about 2yrs.
