my mode "disappearing"

MyMode vanished on me today. It dropped my settings so the icon disappeared. Anyone had this happen before? I had this happen once before due to a loose connector on the battery but that caused active exhaust and my seat/color settings to go too. This was limited just to MyMode settings.

Yes just happened to me and ford tech on phone had no clue. I reset the to factory and it worked so far.
