I know you´re trying your best. You have shown to be very methodological with everything you do and i wouldn´t doubt you if you said something feels like OEM.

As far as the organization of the site goes, i wouldn´t be too conernced about it, knowing that probably 90% of customers will be from this forum, all they´ll need is the link to your page and thats all. They won´t need to browse around the site itself trying to find you :)

Thanks! :)

Once I get the toggle in I plan on fitting it in the car for functional tests. I plan on making a video at some point to show the movement, sounds, etc... July 23rd is going to be a long wait...

Hey Zack do you think there could be any way to build something small that could act as a mount for a iPad Mini or other tablet with a small port for charging? Maybe something that fits over the face plate or maybe something that fits above the air vents over that center speaker grate that props up the tablet.

I think that would be possible! The max print size on shapeways for normal black plastic is 230x180x320mm so it is cutting it a little close in terms of ipad mini dimensions but still possible! I do plan on moving onto other parts once I get the toggles into production. When I do move on I might open up a thread for suggestions on parts to be made.

Update

Well at least one of the parts have made it to in production....

The toggle assembly did not pass their manual checks because the hazard symbol is to shallow in the part (.5mm instead of their min .8mm) and the text is to small to be printed. :frusty: I have updated the assembly to reflect these changes and re-ordered it. We shall see what happens this time...

The part that acts as the button made it through while the toggle assembly did not. The toggle assembly is what I really need! Got a new revision submitted to them so hopefully this one passes their manual checks!

I need help guys! I need to come up with a 3 letter abbreviation for the steering mode toggle! I need any and all suggestions! (try and avoid the letter O if possible)

So far this is what I have come up with.

STR: steering
FEL: feeling
STM: steering mode
SMD: steering mode
SAS: steering assist
SAM: steering assist mode

Also, for the traction control toggle, which do you guys like better?

TRC
