i have been checking all the cotus sites and it says that it is not found yet about 3 weeks ago it was there and in processing. any help would be great.

my order is 7849 and my dealer code is suppose to be f52052 or 52b052

yes on my order form it says f52052 but the person in charge of ordering said the dealer code was 52b052 which worked for a while

All I can say is I know 100% for sure that COTUS is BETA. Also, those people that have been giving out wwwqa.cotus.ford.com, I hope they realize that qa stands for quality assurance, and that its their testing site...

When you look up a dealer code, it is XXLXXX (L = some letter).

You can remove the letter and make it FXXXXX.

Usually both work in COTUS.
