Lund is out of sight, and therefor out of mind on this forum. Tune+ & Unleashed are very active, especially Tune +.

Most capable? VMP, Livernois, Bama, and plenty of others doing the same. This market leans towards those with vast 4 cyl/turbo tuning experience. That doesn't mean tuners with little experience can't earn a name for themselves as well over time.

In terms of experience Livernois has the most, particularly with ecoboost engines and their tuning is amazing. Ppl get too caught up in SCT vs Accessport and miss out on some of the other better tuners. My local shop (Evolution Performance) highly recommended Lund btw. But LMS continues to deliver better and better tuning and I couldn't be happier. Jaimie is very quick to reply when I send a pm also

Lund doesn't advertise, they have their vendors like me and lethal that due, but they don't have time to spend on forums as they are busy tuning.

I guess opinions vary, but I find it very comforting that lund with 4 tuners is so busy tuning, that they don't have time to spend on the forums.

As far as making a name for itself, Lund has been at the top of the ecoboost game since it's inception in 2009. Most forget that lund and bjonnes helped me put the first sho in the 12's back in 2009, and that record stood for nearly 1 1/2 years without ever raising the bar.

When it comes to mustangs in general, lund is the standard everyone tries to achieve and aspires to be. when someone is trying to promote themselves as a top tuner, they always try to compare themself to lund. Lund holds more records in the 1/4 mile and standing mile , than any other tuner out there.

pd blowers, centri blowers, turbos, etc....

there is more knowledge under lund racing as a tuning company than any other tuning company out there.

the benefit of using one of lunds vendors like us, is not only do you get lunds great tuning capability, but great back up customer service from us as well, we are always included in the tickets, and lund keeps a running tab of every conversation / log for every customer.

not to mention the ability to tune on their ngauge, or the sct x4.

As said above being active on this forum helps, it's how I found out about being able to use My X4 for and awesome tune without spending another $500 to get an AP for and Adam tune when I was beyond done with Bama. I didn't even know Lund tuned the Ecoboost until you posted that you were selling the Ngauge much later. Lund's Ecoboost tune might be as awesome and my friends GT tune from them, but I've never been in a Lund tuned Ecoboost. I do know however what has Torrie and Adam so deeply entrenched at the top is not just an awesome tune but their customer service. I emailed Torrie at 10pm that I had finished installing my FMIC and before midnight I had already uploaded revised tunes. Bama I'd order the tune revision from AM.com and get an email requesting info 2 days later then wait several more days for the tune, then start data logging. It's like instant tune satisfaction when you use them.

other than taking the order, which you can do with lund if you choose, lund does all the interaction with you on your tuning, they handle all aspects of it.

the benefit as i mentioned from ordering from me or another vendor is you get our expertise, along with theirs.

visit the 5.0 section and see some of the threads like robert balls constant update on his cobra jet setup with lund

or heinz and his 9 second gt and his ongoing datalogging with lund.

I think you have being constantly pushing products on this forum mixed up with being "entrenched at the top". Livernois has a ton of threads on here btw so they are active but in the real world they sell off of reputation alone

Guess I am mixed up, my definition of being at the top is holding more mustang records than every other tuner combined with every type of power adder. Almost more business than four tuners can handle, all while spending $0 " advertising in one ad, or on one forum.

Is Lund tuning going to be for everyone. No. But they will be for many out there. And to say there reputation doesn't proceed is silly

Lund's rep isn't up for debate. Many of us mustang guys have been around long enough to see their successes and failures. The point was that Lund or it's vendors aren't active enough on this sub forum which explains why "everyone seems to forget Lund."

I recommend posting your SHO EcoBoost successes using Lund along with the accolades you posted above. Your increased presence will be welcomed with open arms.
