I am new to this forum but have owned my 1993 cobra for 18 years. I also have another high revving V8 that needs company

I am looking to fellow forum members to PM me if they know of any dealer allocations for a 2017 R. ADM can be negotiated but hard to negotiate when you dont know the dealers with allocations.

I am visiting the 3 big Ford dealers here in Las Vegas on Sunday to see who will can and will possibly play ball.

Anything that the community can offer without sacrificing something themselves would be awesome

I have added some new to the board pics as any post discussing "what you own" is worthless without pics. And to answer ahead of time, my R will be solely for the track as it was built to do. I saw the Shelby's at Laguna Seca last summer and was hooked immediately.

I look forward to contributing to the community

Good luck on the hunt. I don't think dealers know if they have an allocation for a 17 R yet, since it will depend on the previous years mustang sales. Or so I am told.

Thanks, yeah I have read some of the same, like 3 GT350 sales = 1 R allocation and others. I am probably a bit premature but I figured might as well start to poke some bears and see what I can get

Join the club. I've been desperately trying to find a 2016/17 R. They are freaking unicorns.

Unicorns with crazy ADMs which aren't worth it.

You can possibly buy a gt350 and convert it to a factory gt350r using all oem parts and still be under what most dealers are asking for them.

Yea buy a track pack car find a set of R wheels cut the resonators off and pull the rear seat and you have mostly an R.

Nice rides! Do you track the '93?
