At a minimum I believe this is correct. If they received at least one allocation in 2016 it means they participated and will receive at least one for 2017 from what was originally broadcast. Beyond that not certain but obviously larger dealerships with larger Mustang sales who received more than one allocation in 2016 are very likely to receive more than one in 2017 although the exact number is a mystery to you and me.I believe a dealer is entitled to at least one non-R if they participate and pay their $1K Shelby fee.
You are correct. I can order a thousand GT350's, get VOC's and DORA's for all thousand of them, yet only 3 (my allocation for 2017) will ever get pulled for scheduling. My understanding is that the dealer can place the order, get both a VOC and a DORA and it'll just sit there not getting pulled without an allocation.
Correct.I believe a dealer is entitled to at least one non-R if they participate and pay their $1K Shelby fee.
