The dealer can demand whatever, it really doesn't matter a claims adjuster will laugh in their faces and tell them 200-300$ get it fixed and Op will have to pay.

That is not how it works when it is brand new merchendise. We have dealt with situations like this before and its not as simple as laughing in their faces as you think.
Their insured is LIABLE. If they dont return the new merchendise into its original condition, they will risk losing battle in court.

we are talking about a scratch not a dent...people are buying cars that are not aligned properly and they arent even noticing, so you think someone will notice a repaired scratch on a rim? lol

do you know how damaged this rim is ?
and as others have asked you before, would you buy this new 30-40k vehicle knowing that it has a damaged and repaired rim?

The tires on the invoice were what I listed, but it seems that the window sticker has these tires:

P265/35r20 Summer.
if you look at the link i posted to the other guy, a reviewer of the ecoboost perfromance pack claimed a different tire, i tried to go through the build and didnt see an option for 20s on the ecoboost?

It's not an Ecoboost Performance - it's an Ecoboost Premium.

Per the OP's first post, the car had the 20" rims. Therefore it came with the tires I've already listed. When you find me a bargain basement price on Pirelli P Zero Max Performance Summer tires in a 265/35R20 size with a Y speed rating feel free to post it. Otherwise, stop arguing that anything else is acceptable.:headbonk::headbonk::headbonk:
