Yes, Mustang Week has "official" events but then other company's/clubs have meetups. So i see besides the "official" Mustang Week events, there are others as well? I saw some pics from the Beaver Bar? Then one that UPR put on at some sports bar place, then the above from another restaurant? Looks like there is some kind of Cruise sport place all week?
I've gone four years in a row and have wanted to go for about ten.Which works perfect for me. If im gunna spend a whole week in a Ocean side town, I gotta have stuff to do each night! Just not sure on renting a condo or just a nice hotel room....
It is really personal preference.I agree...I'd rather be able to cook most of my meals myself. Is there a location of condos that centrally locate to most all activities? Ive never been to MYrtle Beach so Im not sure if its a huge spread out place, or a smaller town type. Average pruce for a week i would think is around 1000? or more?
It is really personal preference.
I stay Central/North Myrtle. Central Myrtle can be dicey (otherwise known as downtown). South Myrtle is nice too along with Surfside.
It's roughly $1,000-$1,500 for a nice place.
It can be more and it can be less.
I usually stay North of Ocean and 29th N or South of Ocean and 20th S or so.
Hope this helps and others can chime in!
Study Google maps, but it's one long ass strip from just above Georgetown to the NC border. Keep in mind though that it is devided up with MB, North MB, and then they have the smaller communities within. Wendy Hill, Atlantic Beach, Litchfield, Garden City, etc....I have never stepped foot in Myrtle Beach ever so my first time is going to be something else just figuring out how to get around, where to stay, etc. I look forward to going next year but dread learning my way around....
