Anyone who received their NSC In November heard anything about their VIN yet? Ford Facebook advised me I should receive my vin next month but not holding my breath haha

Hey mate, I got my NSC in November, hit up Ford on Facebook in December and got my VIN. Had a build date of 17/1/17 and now she's sitting at the docks waiting for a boat.

I'm beginning to think my Stang isn't gonna turn up! Ordered early May 2016, and nothing from the dealer about order numbers etc etc other than a cryptic "might be here in April".

I ordered mid may 2016, got vin in december, got to docks 3 jan and expect delivery mid march.

Dealer seems useless or should be following up for you, go to facebook and ask ford to follow up you should have a nsc and vin by now. They are great in responding same day.

OK, my mustang has been delivered to my dealer today, 3 days shy of a year, can't complain considering some otherrs on here were waiting far longer.

Anyway it is all over now! This is the first car I have owned where I actually know the vin number by memory.

From dock to dealer was 4 days, impressed with that. Inspecting the car tomorrow, having a few drinks tonight. Cheers everyone.

Even more "wow" then that the car got so far so quick! I could understand the vehicles getting to Sydney Metro areas, but a regional town? Double wow!

Actually the previous batch got here after 3 days I was told.

Bathurst is not far from Sydney. I have driven from here to Pitt Street mall in under 2 hours, admittedly it was a once off and about 15 years ago. Some mates that go to the footy at Telstra stadium leave about 11pm and are home by 12.30 to 12.45pm. No traffic on the freeway that time of night.
