My question is what does non svp mean?

And what is that exactly?

Any marketing or other special that they release for the vehicle.

There may be a special they run in a particular market place where they supply an option free for while, or a few new options at a packaged price to help retail sales.

It's a very generic code in the system to allow "marketing programs" to be added to a vehicle line.
